IBM has published a number of End of Service (EOS) announcements for WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances. The migration path to the next generation appliances requires a ground up re-implementation of new policies instead of a simple import-export of policies. Migration costs as well as significant Hardware CapEx makes this process difficult of many DataPower customers. Forum Sentry, the original XML Gateway company with the only issued patent in the industry, provides all equivalent features of the DataPower SOA Appliances among many others.
Forum Systems has been dedicated to the XML Gateway industry for over 8 years and we provide a seamless transition from DataPower to Forum Sentry technology. Additional Advantages of migrating Forum Sentry include:
- Trade-in Credit for Existing EOS Legacy Hardware
- Assistance in Seamless Migration from Industry Experts
- Leverage Deeper integration with non-IBM products
- Eliminate future XSLT-based configuration burden
- Lower TCO through Flexible Deployment options: FIPS Hardware, Software and Cloud Images
XML Gateway available in Hardware, Software, VMWare, and Cloud Image
Forum Systems Sentry allows enterprises to achieve a higher return on investment by implementing secure, scalable service-oriented architectures and event-driven applications. Our rack mount appliance offers 64-bit multiprocessor with crypto accelerator and optional FIPS Level III HSM. Our software form factors include packaged installation for Windows, Linux and Solaris. We also offer the SOA gateway product for VMWare, and Cloud Images for Amazon EC2, OpSource, and Rackspace.
